Awesome heifer! 🤩🔥🔥
A daughter of the National Champion BK Keep it Simple 259K.“The Hereford breed has been a special part of our family and Gohr Cattle for many years. Some of our greatest memories, proudest moments and closest friendships have come from showing Herefords and being a part of this incredible community we like to call our “Hereford Family.” We hope our small contribution can help give the next generation of Hereford kids the same opportunities, memories and love for this breed that we’ve been so fortunate to experience.” - Gohr Family.
Gohr Cattle are proud to partner with HYFA and the Foundation 1 Campaign to donate 50% of the proceeds from the sale of this heifer to the mission of the foundation. The Gohr Cattle Crown Jewel Event Sale will take place on Sept. 26 at 4 p.m. PT, held at the Gohr ranch in Madras Ore.

I don’t want to get long winded, but I could write a book about this female. As a family, we have strived to marry functionality with a look and presence that can compete at the very highest level. This one does just that and more.
She emulates exactly what we have been trying to achieve since the day we started this operation.
If you agree that the Angus breed as a whole has began to give up power and structural integrity in order to be as flashy and geek necked as possible, look here. Luckily, you don’t have to give up either of those things with 6030. Flawless build, monstrous hip, soft bodied, yet still as angular, feminine and elegant as they come. This animal is a herd changer whom we believe could make a significant impact on this breed.
Glen Spiesschaert at GBARS Ranch knew what he was doing when he purchased her mother as the high seller out of the 2024 Crown Jewel Event. 4044 had an amazing run, being named Reserve Champion Bred and Owned Female at the Western National Angus Futurity two years in a row, and most recently Reserve Grand Champion Bred and Owned Female at the National Western Stock Show.
Bid with confidence. 6030 has what it takes.

My dad’s life revolved around his „black boxes in the pasture“. Cared about little else.

I’m just not in agreement with that body structure. I believe it goes against the term (strongest of the fittest) because if left in the wild and naturally breeding takes place. All animals like Buffalo for example have more of a sloop from the shoulders to the hips. Another example is all wild Animals in Africa. Reason being is more ease of giving birth and cleaning after birth. Plus breed back. This cow has a straight top line with plenty of sloop from Hook to Pins.
Most of you remember her mother, “Brenda”, the 2024 National Champion Horned Female at the Cattleman’s Congress as well as the NWSS. Would you believe us if we said this female is even BETTER than her mother? If you don’t, come by and see for yourself.
We knew this was an incredibly special animal the moment she hit the ground. You won’t find a softer bodied, more perfect structured horned female with this kind of presence anywhere else. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to own a great one.

Looking good Fallon! Passing her on! From Dennis K
Hereford folks, we’ve got something exciting for you this year. If you want to be competitive in the purebred steer show in Kansas City next summer for JNHE, look here. Soft haired, big legged, killer profile. This studs got the works! Show him at the purebred shows or run him with the club calves, we are confident in his abilities.

Knife may have been a bit too sharp this year....nice calf.
Got a video of him on the move?
Very nice
Let’s roll into another fall. This female has been Fallon’s pet since the day she came into the barn. Seriously, a 3 year old could show her…
Besides her awesome temperament, we think this is a truly unique and special female with as much generating potential as anything we have ever raised. Have fun showing this one, then take her home and make her your next front pasture donor. Bid with confidence here. We are extremely proud of this one.

Next up, a barn favorite! If you want one first year broke and ready to roll into the ring tomorrow, this is your gal. A beautiful hair coat only adds to her presence.
Her dam had a successful show career for Gunnar, and we can only imagine what this fall born female will do for her new showman. Let the picture do the talking!
